TABIA Group Opens Hilton Garden Inn Agdam — A New Chapter in the Development of Hospitality in Karabakh

TABIA Group has successfully delivered its second large-scale hospitality project in the city of Agdam with the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Agdam. The project aims to support the sustainable development of the liberated territories, introduce modern international hospitality standards, and contribute to the socio-economic revitalization of the region. As part of Hilton’s global portfolio, the hotel represents the continuation of TABIA Group’s strategic regional investment policy and is the company’s second hotel project in Agdam, following Agdam City Hotel.

On December 23, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the official opening ceremony of Hilton Garden Inn Agdam. The opening holds particular significance in terms of developing the tourism infrastructure of the Karabakh region and establishing service facilities that meet international quality standards.

Managed by TABIA Group, the hotel is designed as a complex comprising three blocks of 2, 6, and 7 floors. The property features 127 guest rooms across various categories, a restaurant, social and dining areas, conference facilities, event and banquet halls, an indoor swimming pool, and a modern fitness center. All components of the hotel have been developed in line with Hilton’s global brand standards, ensuring a high level of comfort and service for guests.

The launch of the hotel has created 120 permanent jobs, clearly reflecting TABIA Group’s commitment to increasing employment and enhancing the social well-being of local communities. Hilton Garden Inn Agdam is strategically located near key infrastructure, including the Agdam Railway and Bus Terminal Complex, the Agdam Mugham Music Center, the Agdam Industrial Park, and other important public facilities.

It should be noted that the foundation of the project was laid in 2022 with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, while in February 2024, the progress of construction works was reviewed on site.
