Qalaalti Hotel & Spa joined the TABIA Group portfolio in September 2018, offering a peaceful retreat with its renowned wellness services with NAFTSU, and stunning natural surroundings. In the same month, Shamakhi Palace Sharadil was added, providing luxury accommodations and modern amenities in an elegant setting. Gashalti Health Hotel Naftalan, known for its unique Naftalan oil therapies, also became part of the TABIA Group in September 2018. Paulaner Brauhaus Baku, famous for its authentic Bavarian experience, joined TABIA Group’s portfolio during this period as well. Lastly, Chinar Hotel & Spa Naftalan, specializing in musculoskeletal treatments, was incorporated into TABIA Group in December 2018, expanding the company’s focus on health and wellness offerings.

Lankaran Springs Wellness Resort, a serene destination known for its thermal springs and wellness offerings, was added to the TABIA Group portfolio in June 2019. Goy Gol Lake Resort, nestled near the beautiful Goy Gol Lake and offering a blend of relaxation and nature experiences, also joined TABIA Group in June 2019. These properties further enrich TABIA's diverse portfolio with their unique regional charm and focus on well-being.

Excelsior Hotel & Spa Baku, a premier city-center destination with extensive event, meeting, spa, and fitness facilities, joined the TABIA Group portfolio in January 2020. The following month, Garabagh Resort & Spa, a renowned wellness retreat specializing in Naftalan oil therapies, became part of the TABIA family, further enriching the group’s focus on health and relaxation. These additions continue to strengthen TABIA Group’s presence in both urban and resort markets, offering diverse experiences that cater to various guest needs.

Chenot Palace Gabala, a renowned wellness retreat dedicated to holistic health, became part of TABIA Group’s portfolio in June 2021, significantly enhancing the group’s focus on wellness offerings. In November 2021, Badamdar Hotel & Residences, an upscale property in Baku, joined the portfolio, expanding TABIA's presence in both hospitality and long-term residence services. These additions further solidify TABIA Group's commitment to delivering diverse, high-quality experiences across the region.

The Central Point Hotel will open on November 3, providing a welcoming atmosphere for travelers. Hilton Garden Inn Baku follows on November 10, showcasing the brand's renowned hospitality. Aghdam City Hotel is set to launch on November 15, enriching the region's accommodation offerings. These openings highlight TABIA Group's commitment to enhancing local tourism with diverse and exceptional guest experiences.
