Sales director

The Sales Director is responsible for leading the sales strategy and activities to maximize revenue for the hotel’s wellness, resort, and hospitality offerings. This includes identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, driving group sales, overseeing marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the hotel's brand and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to analyze sales
  • Ability to anticipate and analyze customer needs and expectations
  • Ability to analyze competitor companies in the sector of operation
  • Ability to solve problems that arise during customer meetings
  • Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues that occur during the process of addressing these objections
  • Delivering information related to customers, markets, and competitors in report form to the relevant department and individuals
  • Collecting information about potential customers and presenting it to management
  • Presenting sales-related demands and offers in the form of a report
  • Establishing smooth communication with customers, providing detailed information about the company, products, and services, and answering their questions with reasoned explanations
  • Preparing offers to secure new orders in accordance with customer and commercial requirements
  • Participating in local exhibitions to attract potential customers and professionally represent the company
  • Ability to regularly follow the sales analysis of competitor hotels and understand the sales demand in the country's tourism sector
  • Participating in the creation of special sales campaigns and presenting personal ideas
  • Preparing the monthly and quarterly sales plan and reporting the achievement of set targets at the end of the month
  • Answering any questions from the sales coordinator and providing training if necessary
  • Completing and reporting the personal development and training plan prepared by the Group Sales Director on time

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales role within the hospitality, wellness, or resort industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • In-depth understanding of the wellness and hospitality market, including trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
    • Ability to travel for business purposes and attend networking events or trade shows.
