Marketing specialist
Job Description:
- Responsible for collaborating with in-house team, Marketing Director and Sales team in developing annual individual marketing plan for rooms and spa, F&B and wellbeing targeting specific market segments and seasons for in charge hotels.
- Organizes and supervises the advertising of all types of current and new campaigns according to the approved marketing plan.
- Conducts constant analysis and market research in the direction of marketing development.
- Develops PR and advertising projects to expand customer base and promote brand recognition in support of sales.
- Directs and oversees all Social Media activities conducted by vendor companies.
- Effectively and efficiently implements customer-related B2B and B2C promotion and communications in all relevant offline and online channels in accordance with the hotel's annual development marketing plan.
- Tracks, measures and reports the productivity of specific hotel marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate ROI, brand impact and effectiveness.
- Effectively allocates the approved marketing budget.
- Creates and promotes special events throughout the year, focusing on wellbeing, “low seasons”, and public holidays to attract hotel guests.
- Oversees media relations, works closely with them to arrange familiarization tours and monitors impact results on target audience.
- Responsible for placement and follow-up of in cahrge hotels outdoor and indoor advertising.
- Responsible for providing and overseeing responcible hotels marketing oriented information carriers, promotional materials and collaterals.
- Solves other issues that will arise within the scope of the department's activities;
- To carry out other marketing-related tasks and instructions of the management.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience using data analytics software for research
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages is preferable for this position
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
- Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
Note:
- The candidate must be willing to go on a business trip once a month, with each trip lasting at least 3 days.
